Join us for workshop on Saturday, June 22, 2019 from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at the North Domingo Baca Multigenerational Center in our usual place, classroom #5. Doors open at 9:30 and breakfast will be provided by Charlie Sparks of Finance of America Mortgage our sponsor for this event.
Steve Riemann of Santa Fe Title will be presenting a workshop on the paperwork you need to avoid being hit with a Mechanic’s Lien. You may not realize the importance of having contracts that can stop your project from being liened and prevent you from selling your property without a great deal of grief and expense.
$50 General Admission. $25 for Annual Members (sign up for membership and get the 50% discount!) See the payment option in the right-hand column to pay in advance.
