Presently he’s concentrated on investing in and managing single family homes in the Albuquerque and Rio Rancho areas. His responsibilities include acquisition, leasing, managing and sales of single family homes. Homes are acquired from MLS listings, pre-foreclosure marketing, subject-to agreements, foreclosure auctions, redemption rights and short sales. They are either held in portfolio or flipped.
As a by-product of this expertise, he also forms closely held investment partnerships with select investors to acquire, hold and manage portfolio properties.
