About Steve Cordova
In late 2007 my well-paying technology job went to China along with about 2000 other jobs of my co-workers. I decided that the technology field would not recover anytime soon from a situation of dwindling domestic demand and a large supply of trained and educated workers. Like many of you reading this, I realized that in order to have a prosperous future it was time to re-invent myself. . Taking stock of my situation, and after reading Robert Kiyosaki’s Rich Dad-Poor Dad, I decided that real estate investing showed great promise as a new direction.
I have been working in real estate since 2009 as an investor when I did my first fix and flip. Later that year I also earned my real estate license. I became a bit of a real estate seminar junkie early on and joined ACRE as my own personal 12-step program to deal with that. I am currently working the Albuquerque market as a realtor and am expanding into Santa Fe where I now spend about half my time for personal reasons. As an investor I am always looking for new opportunities and new partnerships.
