Anchor CRE is a commercial real estate brokerage, not a data business. This policy explains what information we collect through acrenm.com, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information you give us
When you submit one of our forms — a buyer inquiry, a seller inquiry, the contact form, or the Captain beta waitlist — we collect what you type into it: your name, email address, phone number, and any details you share about your property or your requirements, such as property type, budget, timeline, or a message. We use this information to respond to your inquiry and to connect you with the right broker on our team. We do not collect personal information from visitors who simply browse the site.
Text messages
If you provide a phone number with an inquiry, you may receive a text message from us through our SMS provider confirming that we received it or following up on your request. Standard message and data rates from your carrier may apply, and you can opt out of further texts at any time by replying STOP or by telling any member of our team.
Cookies
The public site does not use advertising or analytics cookies. The only cookie we set is a session cookie used to keep our brokers signed in to the private broker portal. If you never sign in to that portal, the cookie does nothing more than hold an anonymous session identifier.
Service providers
We rely on a small set of third-party services to run acrenm.com, and each may process limited data on our behalf: Google Maps and Google Fonts (which may receive your IP address when map tiles or typefaces load), Resend (which delivers our transactional email, such as inquiry confirmations), Twilio (which delivers our text messages), and Amazon Web Services (which hosts the site and stores our data). We share information with these providers only as needed to provide our services.
What we never do
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing. Information you submit is used by Anchor CRE to respond to you and to provide brokerage services — nothing else.
Retention
We keep the information you submit for as long as needed to respond to your inquiry and provide our services, after which it may be deleted or anonymized. Records connected to an active brokerage engagement may be retained longer where the law or our regulatory obligations require it.
Your choices and data requests
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you at any time. Email us at info@acrenm.com and we will respond to your request. You may also use that address for any question about this policy.
Children
acrenm.com is a commercial real estate site and is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16; if you believe a child has submitted information to us, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time as the site and our services evolve. When we do, we will post the revised version here and update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after a change means the updated policy applies.
