Terms of Use

Last updated — June 10, 2026

Welcome to acrenm.com, the website of Anchor CRE, a commercial real estate brokerage in Albuquerque, New Mexico. These terms describe the ground rules for using the site — please read them before you rely on anything you find here.

Informational purpose only

The content on this site — including listings, market commentary, and property data — is provided for general informational purposes. It is not legal, financial, tax, or investment advice, and it should not be the sole basis for any real estate decision. Talk to your own advisors, and to one of our brokers, before acting on anything you read here.

Listings and property information

Listing details are gathered from property owners, public records, and other third-party sources we believe to be reliable, but we do not guarantee their accuracy or completeness. Pricing, availability, square footage, zoning, and every other attribute are subject to change, prior sale or lease, or withdrawal without notice. Verify all material facts independently before transacting.

No offer or brokerage relationship

Nothing on this site is an offer to sell or lease real property, and nothing here creates an agency or brokerage relationship between you and Anchor CRE. A brokerage relationship is formed only through a written agreement signed by you and our firm. Submitting an inquiry form does not make you a client.

Intellectual property

The site's design, text, graphics, branding, and underlying software are owned by Anchor CRE or its licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may view and print pages for your own use; you may not republish, scrape, or commercially exploit any part of the site without our prior written permission.

Acceptable use

You agree to use the site lawfully: do not interfere with its operation, probe or attempt to access the private broker portal or any non-public system without authorization, harvest data by automated means, or submit false or misleading information through our forms. We may suspend access for misuse.

Third-party links and services

The site links to and embeds third-party services, such as mapping tools and external websites. Those services have their own terms and privacy practices, and we are not responsible for their content or conduct.

Limitation of liability

The site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Anchor CRE will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages — including lost profits or lost opportunities — arising from your use of, or inability to use, the site or its content.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, and any dispute arising from them will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Bernalillo County, New Mexico.

Changes and contact

We may revise these terms from time to time; the date at the top of this page reflects the current version, and continued use of the site means you accept the revision. Questions about these terms can be sent to info@acrenm.com.
