ACRE is a non-profit Real Estate Investment Club (REIA) established in 1983
ACRE is dedicated to providing education and networking opportunities for real estate investors in the Albuquerque, NM area.
We have as members a diverse mix of beginning, seasoned and expert real estate investors.
ACRE strives to provide its members with information on up to date real estate investing topics with a variety of speakers, both national and local, to help them become successful as real estate investors.
Our goal is to provide and encourage networking for all, so that we, as a group and individually, can grow exponentially.

Our April 13 ACRE meeting featured Mark Coan as speaker. His topic was “Comparing Multi-Family to Residential Investing”. We had a great turnout for this meeting
Our March 9th monthly ACRE meeting with Philip Solosky, owner of Consolidated Business Services, as speaker was a huge success.
Mike Schlickte, of Absolute Real Estate, gave a presentation on obtaining private money to a packed room at our February 9th ACRE meeting
The January 5th ACRE Monthly Meeting featured Darryl Gregerson. He is a former ACRE Board Member, a member of Toast Masters, and a long time local investor. His topic was be on “Redemption Rights” and he presented to a full room
The November 3 ACRE Meeting featured Tim Steider as the evenings speaker. Tim is a Real Estate Lawyer from Steider and Associates
The ACRE meeting, on October 6, featured ACRE Board Members in a Q & A Session with attendees and a lot of useful information was exchanged throughout the meeting
The August 4 ACRE Meeting featured Gina Thomas as speaker. Even with a last minute location change the meeting was well attended
Our presenter for Thursday’s, March 3 2016, ACRE meeting was Steve Riemann, President of , Santa Fe Title, in Santa Fe.
We had a full house for this event and the presentation was spectacular.
Our presenter for our February 4th 2016 ACRE meeting was Terry White
He is the owner of Sunwest Trust and Sunwest Escrow. Sunwest Trust is one of the top self-‐directed IRA custodians in the nation and serves clients all across the country.
Terry is a National speaker and Educator on how to correctly use self directed IRS’s to both generate and protect wealth, primarily through Real Estate. Terry spoke about the use of Self Directed IRA’s
Also, Lee Moberly, from Heritage Properties, was interviewed by Steve Cordova about her extensive real estate rehabbing and investment business.
George Paul, from Gold Financial Resources, was our speaker for Thursday night’s, January 7 2016 ACRE meeting.

His presentation topic was “Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act”
